Not a client yet? Follow these steps to get started with establishing an account relationship with us (keep in mind you must accept the terms and conditions of using this website at all times):

  1. Download, complete and return to us a Client Profile. See the note, below, which explains why we request this information.
  2. While we review your application, read our Investment Adviser Disclosure Brochure and Privacy Policy.
  3. Determine what level of Investor Qualification you may have and your general Account Type.
  4. Identify which of one or more our Services you are most interested in.
  5. Select one of our Fee Schedules.
  6. Make sure to visit the Investor Resources section of our website.

We'll assist you throughout this process, and respond to any questions you may have (when and if appropriate). If approved as to eligibility for an advisory relationship to be established with us, an Advisory Agreement formalizing the terms and conditions of our engagement as your Adviser must be completed. If such Agreement is found acceptable by you, we'll promptly send you a personalized, electronic invitation from our recommended clearing firm where your investment account shall be held (you are free to select an alternative account custodial clearing firm, subject to our approval). Our relationship begins once your account is properly funded.

We welcome inquiries from prospective clients and look forward towards receiving your account application. Thank You for the opportunity to function as your Adviser and your interest in Coe Hill Advisors, LLC.

Our mission is to try and deliver to our clients the diversification synergy that may result from combining traditional and alternative investments and strategies. Our goal while engaged on that mission is to provide exemplary service and thorough client satisfaction. We take pride in the professional standards to which we hold ourselves accountable; these may be reviewed in the Code of Ethics section of our website.

Note: Before any advisory relationship may commence, it is necessary for us to obtain some basic information from prospective clients in order to determine their level of investment sophistication, qualifications and general account type. In order to meet this initial requirement, all new and/or prospective clients must complete a Client Profile, which may be downloaded here. A request can be made to receive this document from us via e-mail or call us and we will arrange to have it delivered. Alternatively, use our online contact form to request documents or pose questions. In all cases, minimally include your name, address, e-mail and a telephone number where you may be reached. If you represent a business or institution, be sure to also include the company or organization name and your title.

Market Structure Debate
Could markets function without speculators?

Yes. Speculators provide no value to markets, increase volatility and push prices lower and with faster than would otherwise occur.
No. Speculators provide liquidity in both up and down markets; and take positions that other participants-such as bona fide hedgers-would otherwise avoid, dampening volatility.
Maybe. Perhaps some cash markets, such as the stock market, could function without speculators; but other markets could not, such as commodity futures and other derivative markets.
